This commitment is reflected in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which establishes the minimum standards that must be guaranteed by our partners.
With this in mind, we perform due diligence of our supply chain to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including child labor standards) while ensuring responsible sourcing of raw materials (including minerals and metals originating from conflict or high-risk areas), products and services.
All Suppliers and their collaborators are invited to communicate to us any hypothesis - even suspicion - of violation of the Supplier Code of Conduct, referring to their own company or concerning the supply chain. IBSA provides several confidential channels:
