During a press conference held in Milan last October 1st, IBSA presented the latest innovation in the Profhilo® line, a new formulation that represents an innovative frontier in the restoration of adipose tissue in response to facial skin aging.
The new treatment marks a paradigm shift in aesthetic medicine, since it allows to act on the deeper layers and tissues of the skin, as stated by Andrea Giori, Head of Research & Development at IBSA: “With decades of experience in developing innovative treatments, IBSA continues to innovate, offering solutions that act in depth, not only on the surface of the skin, but also on the deeper layers and tissues”.
This innovative treatment is part of IBSA Derma’s new communication platform – BEAUTY BEYOND STANDARDS – which celebrates an ideal of authentic beauty, moving away from traditional stereotypes and enhancing every detail that distinguishes the uniqueness of the person, therefore making them irreplaceable.
To support this vision, IBSA also developed the free app Aging Discovery AR, which allows to explore the impact of aging on different tissues through augmented reality. An innovative tool, designed to improve communication between doctor and patient, facilitating a better understanding of tissue regeneration processes.
